First Book Club Meeting At Maraya Art Center

Our book club Al Barzeh held its first meeting at Maraya Art Center located at Al Qasba, Sharjah.
I've been meaning to join a book club for a very long time, and I'm so happy Booky and I started our own. It was so much fun. There was a decent turn out and we discussed the book The Help by Kathryn Stockett. We had a great time discussing our thoughts and opinions about the book.

The first floor of the Maraya Art Center is a great place to study, work or hold meetings and has impressive facilities. The upcoming Twinge festival is also going to be held there.
Thought I'd share a few pics.

masha'allaah, love the facility. my book club's meetings are held in each others houses/flats rotational. it is quite fun isn't it to have so different people to come together and discuss a book, people who other wise would never meet in a million years.

hope guys are enjoying it as much as we are enjoying ours...

best wishes.
